All products are shipped from warehouses within Mainland China. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding public holidays).

Delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days for the U.S. and core EU regions.

Oversized items (such as fitness equipment) will be shipped via our designated specialized logistics lines. If you require expedited delivery, we can offer fast shipping services via UPS or DHL for an additional fee.

Return items must be sent to our designated return warehouse in Mainland China. Please contact customer service to obtain the specific return address when submitting a return request.
