Return Period
Returns may be requested within 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the goods.
(Advance communication is required for large items, with a special reminder: fitness equipment.)
Return Conditions
- All returned items must be uninstalled, unused, and undamaged, with their original packaging fully preserved (including wooden crates, foam, outer cartons, and all protective materials).
- If the original packaging is damaged or lost, the customer shall bear the cost of packaging and repacking.
- Before the items are returned, the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the package/merchandise. Please retain the shipping receipt and tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer shall be responsible for all two-way shipping fees associated with the return, including the original outbound shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
For large items, the customer must arrange pickup by a logistics provider. We do not offer pickup services.
Shipping Cost Clarification
All logistics costs related to returns are borne by the customer.
In the case of product quality issues, the customer must provide photos or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Upon confirmation by customer service, the matter will be resolved through friendly negotiation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made products and items in special sizes
- Clearance and discounted items
- Products that have been installed, used, or whose packaging is severely damaged
Purchase Recommendations
- Please carefully confirm dimensions, materials, colors, and other details before purchasing large items. Contact customer service in advance if you have any questions.
- We recommend that customers inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If shipping damage is found, please take photos promptly and contact customer service for quick resolution.
Refund Processing
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days, minus the original outbound shipping fee.
The actual refund timeline depends on the settlement efficiency of the respective banking systems.
